We only take bookings over the telephone to avoid any confusion and we do recommend confirming early but we will try our utmost to accommodate any late booking.
We have public liability insurance and customers must sign a hire agreement before a castle is left. We also insist that all our bouncy castles should be supervised by a suitable adult at all times as part of that agreement.

King of the Castles reserves the right not to install a castle if the site is unsuitable e.g. sharp objects, excessively uneven ground, cat and dog mess etc. or in extreme inclement weather conditions.
